IN HOUSE ENGINEERING
Custom Homes Process
Determine Clients’ Budget:
The first step in our custom home-building process is understanding your budget. We sit down with you to discuss your financial parameters, ensuring that we align your vision with a feasible and realistic budget. This step is crucial in setting the foundation for the entire project.
Provide In-House 3D Architectural Floor Plans:
Once we have a clear understanding of your budget, our in-house team of architects and designers creates detailed 3D floor plans. These plans allow you to visualize your future home, giving you a comprehensive view of the layout, space utilization, and overall design. This 3D model is an essential tool for bringing your ideas to life.
Customize to Our Clients’ Liking:
Your home should reflect your unique style and preferences. We work closely with you to customize every aspect of the design, from room layouts to exterior aesthetics. This collaborative process ensures that the final design aligns perfectly with your vision, creating a home that is truly yours.
Select Interior Materials at Design Co's Showroom Floor:
With the design finalized, we take you to our partner, Design Co's showroom, where you can select from a wide range of high-quality interior materials. From flooring to cabinetry and fixtures, you’ll have the opportunity to choose materials that complement your style and enhance the overall aesthetic of your home.
Solidify Exact Pricing/Contract:
Once all selections are made and the design is finalized, we provide you with a detailed and transparent pricing breakdown. This ensures there are no surprises later in the process. We then solidify the contract, which outlines the scope of work, timelines, and terms, giving you peace of mind as we move forward.
Begin Construction:
With everything in place, construction begins. Our team of highly skilled trade workers, guided by our in-house engineers, ensures that every detail is executed to perfection. We keep you informed throughout the process, so you’re always in the loop, and we’re committed to delivering your dream home on time and within budget.
Renovations Process
Determine Clients’ Budget:
Renovations often require careful financial planning. We start by discussing your budget, helping you set realistic goals for your renovation project. This step allows us to tailor the renovation process to fit within your financial limits while still achieving your desired outcomes.
Provide 3D In-House Architectural Plans:
Our team creates 3D architectural plans to give you a clear visual of the proposed renovations. Whether it’s a single room or a complete overhaul, these detailed plans show how the new design will integrate with your existing space, allowing you to see the transformation before it even begins.
Customize to Our Clients’ Liking:
Just like with our custom homes, we prioritize your input in the renovation process. We work with you to customize every detail, ensuring that the renovation aligns with your vision and enhances the functionality and beauty of your space.
Select Interior Materials at Design Co's Showroom Floor:
Selecting the right materials is key to a successful renovation. We guide you through the selection process at our partner, Design Co's showroom, where you can choose from a variety of materials that suit your style and budget. From tiles to countertops, we help you find the perfect finishes for your renovated space.
Solidify Exact Pricing:
After all decisions are made, we provide a transparent and detailed pricing structure. This ensures you know exactly what to expect, with no hidden costs. We finalize the contract, which clearly outlines the scope of the renovation, timelines, and costs, giving you confidence as we move forward.
Begin Construction:
With the budget, design, and materials confirmed, we begin the renovation work. Our skilled team executes the plan with precision, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
